I have always been passionate about birth, and supporting new mothers. I am a mother of two grown children, and wish I had more support in my postpartum period. I received some postpartum support from family but could have benefited from a postpartum doula. I realized that in order to be the best mother I had to nurture myself, which was a challenge while caring for a newborn. I am empathetic and have first hand knowledge of what new families can benefit from to thrive during the postpartum period.
In my free time I enjoy spending time camping, playing games, and surrounding myself with family. I grew up in Bothell and love the PNW. Being a postpartum doula is my passion.
